Water aerobics, also called Aqua Fitness, is challenging workout using floating equipment to train your cardiovascular and muscular systems while keeping cool in the hot summer months.
Who’s it best for?
These classes are a perfect cross-training option for any type of athlete. They are great for maintaining fitness through injury and rehab, during pregnancy and even for those who are just starting their fitness journey. You work as hard or as easy as you are able to and have a lot of fun in the process.
Anything else to know?
The lagoon at Riverway has a mixture of shallow and deep water. No swimming skills are required, but being comfortable in the water is recommended.
