Who’s it best for?
F45 is fun, suitable for all ages and can be performed every day of the week. F45 has 10 different styles of programs and the workouts never get repeated so you’ll always be stimulated and challenged. Please note: This session is for people aged 14 and over.

A pre-exercise form will be completed prior to the session, so please arrive early to fill this out.
