Location: Unit 2, 70 Ingham Road, West End (on the service road next to Townsville Showgrounds, behind Norstate)
Wear/bring: Wear cool, comfortable exercise or casual clothes. Bring exercise shoes and water (bottles of water are also available for $2).

If you have ever felt the urge to dance then this is your opportunity to give it a try — for FREE!

Latin Vibrations is the home of dance for adults in Townsville and is opening its doors for four hours of free dance and dance fitness.

What’s great about it?

Come along to try Burlesque, Zumba, Belly Dance, Pound Fitness, Brazilian Samba and more — there’s truly a dance style for everyone. Meet the lovely Latin Vibrations instructors, including 2014 Dancing With the Stars winner Melanie Hooper. Chat to special guests Australian Nutrition Centre (formerly GNC); and get access to exclusive discounts on Latin Vibrations classes and memberships, including all-you-can-dance.

Who’s it best for?

Adults wanting to discover a new and fun way to get fit, learn some moves, and meet like-minded people. Teens and youth are still welcome accompanied by a parent or guardian.
