Activity in a nutshell
Hot Rock Adventure Centre is offering a unique opportunity for the 31 Days of Activity — come and try your hand at some indoor rock climbing. Goers will be split into two groups to experience a full yoga session and then unlimited rock climbing and slacklining; then groups will swap after the first yoga class is complete.
What’s great about it?
This safe and simple activity will challenge your balance, control and strength. It may even be a little scary — that’s why Hot Rock has included some yoga to help you limber up, warm down and zone out for an hour. From 9am-12pm Hot Rock Adventure Centre will be open specifically and only for Goers — it will be your dedicated and no-pressure zone to come and experience something different in 2016!
Who’s it best for?
Anyone — absolutely including those with zero climbing experience. Hot Rock Adventure Centre’s had children as young as three years old climbing on its walls, but children must be 13 years or older to belay another climber.
Anything else to know?
All participants will be required to complete a liability waiver. This can be done beforehand online at www.hotrockadventure.com.au if you’d like to save time.
