What’s great about it?
SUP is a complete body workout and targets those muscles that you never knew existed: it’s fantastic for core stability. It’s also a great activity for the mind – getting out on the water paddling is peaceful and can be done solo or socially.
Who’s it best for?
All age and ability levels are welcome, but you need to have confidence in the water and have the capacity to swim at least 50m unaided.
