Activity in a nutshell
This short one-hour session offers an introduction to triathlon if you’ve always wanted to try it, but never knew where to start. It will cover the basic aspects of the four elements that make up the growing sport — swim, bike, run and nutrition.
What’s great about it?
It’s a controlled environment and you don’t need to have your own bike, as you’ll be using the state-of-the-art Watt Bikes. As well as VéloWorX’s team, there will also be Free Radicals Triathlon Club coaches there to give you tips and answer any questions you have about the sport.
Who’s it best for?
This session is aimed at beginners, or people who’ve had a layoff and want to get back into the sport. It will be an easy session.
Anything else to know?
In order to get things moving more quickly, we will be in contact again before the session to get some measurements and general details to get your bike set-up comfortably before you get there.
