Alpha Omega Health 8 Week Bootcamp

Every week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until August 18, 2015

Alpha Omega Health Boot Camp is ideal for anyone wanting to challenge themselves under the guidance of an accredited exercise physiologist.

The sessions are designed and delivered by an accredited exercise physiologist in state-of-the-art facilities. You will get an all over body workout, challenging your speed, strength and endurance.

The eight-week program includes the following:

  • 8 x week boot camp
  • 3 x scheduled sessions per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
  • Pre, mid, and post program comprehensive health and fitness testing
  • Access to over 50 x group classes per week held at Alpha Omega Health (new inclusion for this cohort)
  • Classes include: TABATA, HIIT, Strength/Toning, Stretching, Cardio
  • Unlimited access to Alpha Omega Health gym 7 x days a week for 8 weeks (new inclusion for this cohort)
  • Programs delivered by degree qualified health professionals
  • Access to Sports Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologists for duration of the program
  • Dietary guidelines provided by Accredited Practising Dietitian
  • Exercise guidelines provided by Accredited Exercise Physiologist

The cost is $295, or a direct fortnightly debt is available as a payment option ($36.90 p/w).

Please note: While it’s preferable to start from Monday, June 22 to receive comprehensive baseline fitness testing at session one, attendees can commence after the start date  on a pro rata basis based on the $36.90 per week rate.
