Yoga: Stretch, balance and strengthen
Like preparing for each leg of triathlon (swim, bike, run); it’s equally important to stretch and help your body recover from the rigours of training. Also, with limited flexibility, your range of movement and level of efficiency can be affected in your chosen sport.
This class will focus on stretching, plus balance and core strength: All incredibly important components for the triathlete.
