Fun ‘n’ Fitness Kayaking – 10 Week Program

Fun ‘n ‘Fitness is all about learning to kayak and then applying that acquired fitness and skills to racing.

Whether it’s competing in Adventurethon, the NQ Paddle Series or any other competition; this course is all about getting you ready for race level.

You don’t require a high level of fitness or paddling skills and instruction will be provided and your technique will be addressed individually in the small group class.

It’s $100 ($10 a session) for the 10-week program – payment must be made in full before commencing. Sessions are held weekly in Ross River.

Please note: If you have your own craft, it’s $8 a session. Bring a change of clothes, water and sunscreen.

Bookings close 5pm, Friday January 9, 2015.
