Ladies, have you ever wanted to get more out of your riding? Not sure if your bike is set-up properly? Unsure what tyre pressure to use for off-road riding, or whether to go tubeless? Is your seat height right? Are you using your gears and brakes the most effectively and efficiently?
In this session delivered by the award-winning Rockwheelers Mountain Bike Club, experienced riders will help you to get your bike set-up right and answer any of those questions that you didn’t know who to ask (or felt silly not knowing – no judgement here!).
Once everyone is all set, the group will be split up according to skill level and will put the adjustments to use on the Douglas trails in a social ride with further skills tips along the way.
The session starts at 8am and finishes no later than 10am.
Bring your own bike, an approved helmet, appropriate, shoes, water, safety gear, etc.
This event is free to Rockwheelers members who have a racing licence (please bring your proof of race licence on the day). Otherwise it’s just $20 for the session – this amount is solely to cover the insurance cost associated with a day licence – a requirement for the club.
Bookings are essential – please register below. Please note: If this session is already fully booked please email us at [email protected] with your details so we can keep you posted with any future session times should they arise.
