Want to get fighting fit? Come join us at Boxing Circuits for a fun filled interval based fat burning strengthening class.
Boxing circuits are well known as one of the best ways to gain strength, tone and lose body fat, so – whatever your fitness goals – boxing will provide the solution.
We will incorporate interval training, meaning intense bursts of exercise followed by periods of rest. This form of training will have you burning fat long after you have finished your workout.
Be prepared to sweat, work hard and – more importantly – have fun!
