Strength, Conditioning, and Technique for Runners (Thursday session)

You can attend this Running Specific Strength and Conditioning Class for free as part of the Triathlon and Multisport Series and to mark the official opening on Back2Health360′s brand new open-air functional rehab studio.

The class will be a showcase of various strength and conditioning exercises.

Taking place in Back2Health’s outdoor rehab studio using the functional rehab equipment among other running specific strength and conditioning exercises, the session will target the common areas of weakness and dysfunction in runners, plus some technique work.

Participants should come with running attire including running shoes, a towel, and water.

The class will last 30-40 minutes.
