These sessions will allow participants to develop the motor control and correct body positioning to complete complex strength movements designed to achieve maximal strength and power gains.
The staple exercises prescribed within these sessions include:
- Squat – Front, Back, Jump
- Power Clean – hang clean, clean and jerk, power shrug
- Bench Press
- Overhead Press
These sessions will specifically focus on the development of correct movement patterns over time. You will not exercise to complete fatigue as these highly technical movement patterns will fail. To develop optimal movement patterns you must not be in a state of fatigue.
Sessions will cater to the beginner through to the advanced participant.
