This weekly session is designed for all people, whether you are new to running or getting back into running. Come along one and all!
Sessions may include a group warmup; a group run introducing you to different training components; a running-specific strengthening element; a group cool down; a Q&A to get all your running questions answered by experienced group leader Karey Corrie, and the social connection and motivation you need to achieve your goals.
The first session is Monday, November 7 at 5.30pm, continuing every Monday afternoon.
