This free talk will cover basic nutrition and training principles for cycling and triathlon – with guest speaker Deb Latouf – sport scientist and local women’s riding Ambassador.

Have you ever wondered how many gels you should be taking? What different supplements are on offer? Whether solid food is a good option when racing? How you should be structuring your training in the lead-up to an event? How to best aid your post-race recovery?

Come along to this relaxed evening to learn the basics of nutrition when training, racing and recovering and how to plan for your next event.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share experiences.
