Activity in a nutshell
The Fitness Games is a new style of boot camp. It uses well-known games such as Monopoly, Memory, Bingo and Hopscotch (to name a few), and turns them into an entertaining fitness game using both cardiovascular and conditioning exercises. The Fitness Games is hosting a taste class for 31 Days of Activity and running four different games at the same time. Goers will rotate through the games every 15 minutes so everyone gets to tackle each challenge.
What’s great about it?
You’ll get a balanced workout and have fun at the same time. Fair play and teamwork are encouraged to achieve results and games are often designed around fun themes — think The Avengers, or V8s!
Who’s it best for?
The games cater to all fitness levels and are suitable for everyone from the age of 16 years up. Participants aged 60+ have found the boot camp achievable, fun and they were able to gain the results they desired.

This is a fitness activity so you will need to report any injuries or pre-existing conditions that may affect your ability to exercise.
